2014 TerraNova Testing Results by Grade

TerraNova is a series of standardized achievement tests used in the United States designed to assess K-12 student achievement in reading, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, vocabulary, spelling, and other areas. The results are nationally norm-referenced, meaning that students' scores reflect their achievement in comparison to all students who took the test nationally.

Grade Mean Equivalent (GME) - indicates the average grade level (year and month of school) of performance. For example, in the 2014-2015 school year, PUCS' 2nd grade reading score shows that on average our students are reading at a level typical of students who have completed the 5th month of Grade 4. Please note: the highest level possible as measured by this test is 13.0.
