The Great PUCS
Serve-A-Thon

The Great PUCS Serve-A-Thon takes place each spring and is an exciting adventure of service to the community in which the Lord has so graciously placed us. Year after year, it has also proven to be a great opportunity to raise money for funding student scholarships, providing needed classroom supplies, and supporting the education and instruction our students receive.

The 2023 PUCS Serve-a-thon was held on Friday, May 5th and we surpassed our goal of $75,000!

About the Serve-A-Thon

The purpose of The Great PUCS Serve-A-Thon is twofold:

Our students, staff and volunteers serve the community every year during this day-long service event. PUCS always incorporates picking up litter in Wilkinsburg, thereby preventing it from entering the Nine Mile Run Watershed.

In the past, we have collaborated with local organizations on service projects such as:

Through the Serve-A-Thon, we raise much-needed funds for general school support and for our scholarship fund. While the Development Office does this excellently and year-round, this is the only opportunity that we really ALL get to rally behind PUCS and share our vision.
